Return Policy

All Our jewellery come in an unmarked envelope. We are offering a refund (excluding P&P) if you wish to return an order. You must inform us via email within 7 working days from the date you have received the order. All items should not be worn before, damaged and where possible in the original packaging. For hygiene and safety reason, we are not taking back the earrings. Returned goods are your responsibility until they arrive safely back to us. We recommended that you send them by registered post. We will return the money within 14 days of receiving the order back from you.

Please note that our products are handmade so two pieces will not be exactly the same. Gemstones are a natural product and so will vary in colour, texture and appearance.
